My duble click editing quit working.

I must have changed some dam switch or something. DBLCLKEDIT is set to on and CUI is setup for some double click actions. Please help.

Make sure that PICKFIRST is set to 1.

I'm in the same boat. I've looked through all the threads on this topic and everyone says the same thing - set pickfirst to 1 and all will be well. Well, guess what? It doesn't work for me! I've set my options  and set pickfirst and still no freaking Civil 3D dialog boxes! This software makes me crazy!!!!!!!!!!
