Multileadrs and Table View Rotation

Hello, 
I have a Sheet C1 where a referencend another file. Inside the view port of the sheet C1 in paper space i rotated the view. The aligmenent labels didn't rotate and they are still horizontal which is perfect, but the the multileader and the table i created rotated with the view and i need to rotate them back to the orifinal position. i tried UCS VIEW and it didnt do anything. 
Can anyone help please ? Please see the attached image.

The Table orientation can be set to "Maintain View Orientation".

 

Select the Table (in source dwg) > Rt. Click > Edit Table Style > Summary Tab >

General > Maintain View Orientation > True > Apply.

Multi-leaders are not Civil 3D objects and will need to be manually rotated to the view.
