Multileader second landing and text orientation?

Is there a way to allow users to pick the leader second landing and text angle when the multileaders are drawn? It seems the default is to 0 degrees at world ucs. If I use different ucs's for layouts, and label in model space, I would like to control the landing and text angle. Any suggestions?

Thanks
David

You'll want to create the same UCS's in your model files. The multileaders will be drawn relative to whichever UCS is active at the time, and will not change angles when the UCS changes.

I thought the multileader text would be oriented to the current ucs, but it's not working in this dwg. Is there a setting in prospector or in the multileader style that controls that text orientation?
