I am trying to open the migrate custom settings dialog box. I want to migrate my tool palette from 2013 to 2014. It never came up when I first launched the software and it doesn't show up under the Windows start button either. How do I get the dialog box to open. This should be simple but has turned into a painful time consuming process. I see where others have had this same problem but I didn't see any resolution to the problem.

FWIW, I checked 2012, 2013 & 2014 c3d installs on my computer and the Migrate Settings option is absent for all 3 installs.
Not sure why.
Could give the Key-in in Start Menu method mentioned in this Being Civil post a shot.
Note: at the bottom there's also a re-direct link offering a method to add it to the Start Menu list.
