Did you just patch it with this ?

By the way, your network speed is 100 Mbps, not Kbps...

The CER reporting system is automated and not monitored, so you won't be getting any response from it.

There could possibly be two different things going on here - either you're running out of memory (a distinct possibility with 4GB RAM and a 32 bit operating system with multiple drawings open) or you are experiencing an unrelated drawing crash. If you filled out your email address in the correct field in the CER report and you let me know what the address is, I can search for your CER and see if anything obvous pops up.

Think that has summed up my feelings about the value of CER reporting....!!!!

The CER system is monitored, but responses aren't sent out every time. However, once a crash is fixed in a SP it is marked so that if you don't have the SP you will be notified that you should get it. We are also watching for trends in the defects that we can focus on for SP and hot fixes.

The value of the CER system is that in most cases we can see exactly where the crash happened with the information that is sent in. We can also actively monitor specific email address or defects to get more information (drawing files, etc) if we need. With the active monitor we can be notified within seconds of the crash happening.

Yes, what Peter said - my "not monitored" comment wasn't 100% correct - I meant that you wouldn't get a response from it as it is not something that requires a returned email. I know I'm personally in it quite a lot every day, so I'd say "monitored" is a relative term. Tom Bradley wrote a very good article that explains the importance of the CER system here.
