Matchline Sheet Reference Problem

I am using C3D 2012 SP3

When I create the matchlines in the create view frames command,  the sheet numbers for next and previous

display ####.  What is the problem?  I have not created any sheets yet through the SSM.

Thanks

If you have no sheets how can it display the next & previous sheets? Once you create the sheets a link will be imbedded so the matchline knows which sheet goes where.

So by default the matchlines display the #### until a sheet is cut.  Is this correct?

Follow up question:

Can I Dref the the viewframe group and matchlines into the sheet drawing and have the matchline text display the correct sheets?  I tried it and I get the #### on the sheet numbers.  If not, what is the purpose of Drefing the viewframe group

I don't know, never tried it. I just create the sheets, which places an xref of the current drawing into the sheet, and the matchlines 'just work'.
