Manual traverse and sideshots entry with vertical height/angles

in civil 3d 2009 land desktop, where you could go to 'data collection/input > traverse/sideshots ' and configure settings in order to manually enter traverse and sideshot angles, vertical heights and such. where are those functions in civil 3d 2014? does it work like it does in civil 3d land desktop 2009, where it would prompt the user to enter the theodolite height, vertical height/angles and then calculate the elevations

Go to your Survey tab.

Create or Open for Edit a Survey Database

Right click that database and Edit survey database settings...

Set your angle type, vertical type, precisions, etc.

Create a new network.

Input control points

Create Setups.

Create observations.
