Manhole Structure out of alignment with profile view grid

Hi

I have a corrupt priofile view in that the manholes are out of alignment with the grid. See attached picture third, fourth and sixth manhole in the line any ideas on what causes this and how to correct it.

This may be a dumb question, but your alignment runs down the CL of pipes
and hits the CL of each structure, right?
