Loop in alignment

I'm working on an alignment and profile for a proposed haul road. I am having trouble making looped sections, as in a 360%%D loop, to model a turn-around. I can get the curve pretty close to, but not exactly 360 degrees.

What happens that stops you?

What happens if you draw it with a polyline and then use that to create your alignment?

I'm editing an existing alignment. Also, I try to avoid the "create alignment from object" command as I have had issues with alignments I've created like that, it's known to be buggy. What happens when I try is that the loop flips sides (>180 to <180) when I try to lock it at 360. I got it to work using two 180 arcs.

99% of my alignments are from polylines, never had a problem with it. What bugs do you know of?
Glad you got it to work anyway.
