Leading Zero Issue

When I say 'no' to dropping the leading zero in the chord direction it seems to work (S7 degrees, becomes S07 degrees). But when I do the same to the delta it will add a zero to the beginning of all my entries. I attached an image to show this. Any idea what Im doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. That's by design.

Delta angles can be 100 degrees or greater, so if you pad them with zeros, it pads them to three decimal places. There is no way to fine-tune this behavior; all you can do is either use leading zeros or don't use leading zeros.
