Labeling TC based on CL

Our improvement plans need to show the TC at
Property lines.  I already have the centerline drawn.  What is the
best way to accomplish this?

I'd like it to look something like
this

10+00.00 PL

TC = 15.00

Hey Todd;

Riverside County, CA?

As I'm familiar with doing this, but in
using Land's tools to accomplish it, I'm thinking that you could get your
Corridor Model Finish Surface complete and get the Spot Elevations at said TC.
Then you'll have to defeat the Dynamic nature (if applicable to Spots in C3D -
somebody help me out here) of the Elevation and move the tag to the Property
Corner.

As you can see from my signature I'm flying
somewhat blind (but hopeful) and guessing that you can create a Style to include
the Station from the Alignment in question, and the Elevation from the Surface
Model, but be able to turn off the Dynamic portion of the equation so that it
doesn't acquire the incorrect elevation based on its new location.

James Wedding addressed the limited
capabilities of the Corridor Model in a different post IIRC.

Hopefully Chakri or Himanshu will notice my
floundering around and correct my faulty data.
