Just create sewer profiles?

I could be wrong here but to me C3D isn't geared to much to sewer profiles.
Alot of our work is just sanitary sewer systems without new roads or any new
site work.

It seems the only way is to create a new network and alignment for each run.
If anyone knows where i can get some help with this let me know.

thanks, TJS

You still have to layout a pipe CL, right? Create an alignment, use the
surface that exists already, and design your pipes using the tools already
in there. You don't need to create a corridor etc to do pipes and profiles.
You will need a EG surface, and a CL alignment, but that's about it.

Tom:
You do not have to create a new network. On the Pipes dropdown, select
edit, then in the plan view select an existing pipe. You should be able to
continue, now. You will be in the same network that you just selected. I
went through this same problem.
