Intersection problem

Civil 3D 2010, Having problems with one intersection, it does not lock the profile of the intersecting street at the centerline or edge of pavement on one side, it does lock one side.  I went in and removed it and then redone it but still the same thing.  I have 24 intersection in this corridor and this is the only one that does not work right, anyone have any ideas?

did you build it to maintain both roads as crown or did you only kept one road crowned? Seems a little odd.If you need to lock one of your pvi on the profile, go into your profile gemetry editor, select the panamora feature. Then in the panamora dialog box select the pvi station and scroll on the way to the right and there is an option to lock the pvi. Hopefully this helps. I dont know why this happen at this intersection unless i work looking at it.
