Intersection Design for Entrance Warping

Hi all,

I'm just starting to dig into using the Intersection Design wizard in 2010. Is it possible to use the wizard to design a Entrance, where and existing road meets a new entrance?

TIA, PG

Hi - Do you mean a "T" intersection?  If so, yes, that would work fine.

Just that one road would be existing. I would want my surface to stop at the existing road

Then what I'd do is take the two alignments, and design assemblies for each region as required, and then create the intersection.  Then, go in and delete the regions that correspond with the existing road.

just use a outter boundary to chop off any part of the surface you don't want.
