Intallation Trouble - Autocad C3d 2012

Hi Everyone,

i have a problem of installing autocad c3d. i just got the disk and m trrying to install it, but in the middle of installtion it gives a massage reading "Please insert a desc:Autocad Civil 3d2012". It acts as if it cant read the disc anymore. i tried installing on different machine but it gives me the same problem.

Anyone who might know the solution to my problem to share please..i am really stuck.

Try coping the CD to a local hard drive and run setup.

I have not used a DVD to install since version 2009, but even back then, it was a 2 DVD set. Are you sure you have the complete package ?

Call your Autodesk dealer: he should, sorry, he will have to change your damaged installation set with a brand new one, for free of course.
