Has anyone tried to insert Excel tables into 2013 3D? It worked fine in 2012 but we just upgraded to 2013 and it no longer works. We get an error message that Excel is not supported. Is this a new feature or a bug? Also, our old drawings with the table already inserted does not plot normally. The table characters print at diffent sizes.
What method are you using to insert the table?
Hi Brian, Is OLE or Data linking no longer supported?

Can yo post what version of Excel, or even better post the Excel file so we can test it?

I wouldn't say that, but I don't get any error messages.
I have had issues with not everthing coming over when I mess with the font size.
Excel 2010.
I'm having issues also.
I'm using MS Excel 2007. Sometimes my drawing opens up and states that the OLE link is broken and somehow reverts the Excel file back to the previous state before it was modified. Very frustrating!
It also only plots the OLE object 50% of the time. I tried it with different printers, plotters, and even the same thing plotting to PDF. Fixing to have to give up on the OLE technique.
Have you considered using a table object with the Data Link option?
That is a much better approach than OLE, but if your spreadsheet isn't simple it can make a mess.
