Importing Points - Default Format

How do I set the default Point Format to PNEZD (Comma Delimeted)?  Seems like there should be a setting somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.

I looked but don't see any way. I can't even figure out how my list is sorted. ENZ (Comma delimited) is at the top and ENZ (Space delimited) is at the bottom. I tried copying PNEZD (Comma delimited) and adding an underbar or a space in front of it to try to bring it to the top of the list. But that doesn't do it.
