Image adjustment in Civl 3D 2007

hi

when I insert a raster image in to a drawing I cant do any image adjustments through the right click menu. I see all the options (adjust, clip, transparency etc.) in the right click menu but none are working (nothing happens).

Is this a bug in 2007?

This is also the same in Map 3D 2007.

I have the Raster Design Object enabler installed.

Hmmm, works fine for me. Keep in mind that all the selections except
for adjust require command line input - check there to see if the
program is awaiting input from you...

hi

No command is running. I set up a new installation on another computer without the Raster design object enable with no luck.

It works in Architectural Desktop 2007 😉

I'm having the exact same problem with all images ... sid, tiff, etc.
Did you find a solution. I can turn the image on and off with a layer command but I can't figure a workaround for the clipping.

I'm having the exact same issue.

Double-click seems to work to get to the Adjust properties. However, clipping doesn't seem to work and I'm unaware of another avenue for executing this command.

Basically, what happens is... Select an image, right-click, popup menu with image editing commands. Clicking any of the commands in the Image fly-out do absolutely nothing. No command line promting, no indication or command echo that a command is even executed.

For good measure, I tried to do the same in Land Desktop, and came to the same result (or lack thereof).

Working in C3D 2007, SP3, XP SP2, Raster OE installed, with SID images.

Anyone have any ideas at all?

Edit: Duh! I tried IMAGECLIP and it worked. First thing in the AM may not exactly be the best time to post on the boards.

However, I wonder why the menu commands no longer appear to work... Message was edited by: Paul Richards
