I have a PRinter ISssue

Heres my issue..... This is in Civil 3D 2010 and 2011

We have a Xerox 6605 Wide format printer. When i pick on it in my Plot dialog box it always returns a none reference

whether the windows printer or pc3 file. (Well now i don't have the pc3 file anymore and can't create one)

We have reloaded the drivers (going to do it again today with new firmware) it started with 2010 and i thought

installing 2011 would fix the problem but when installed same issue. The ps drivers work fine in cad.

i can print to the hpgl driver with any other software and no problems. i have done a recover on c3d with no fix.

Windows XP Service Pack 2

Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu

2.66 Ghz nmachine

3 Gb Ram

Civil 3d 2011 Version 2 in the about screen, network install...

any help is greatly appreciated
