How to specify the deflection angle while plotting the horizontal alignment?

How to specify the deflection angle while plotting the horizontal alignment?

I’m wondering if there is a way to provide the deflection angle while plotting the horizontal alignment (based on the tangent-tangent with curve method).

Thank you

Many thanks Dave. It works fine. Now I could specify the deflection angle while digitizing.
