Normally the version number is followed by ,SP1 or ,SP2 etc. indicating Service Pack installed in About dialog.

Looks like you don't currently have any SP's installed.

Below are the SP0 through SP2 versions for 2013:

SP0 VERNUM=G.55.0.1 4.4.2012
SP1 VERNUM=G.114.0.0 30.11.2012
SP2 VERNUM=G.204.0.0

C3D 2018.1
C3D 2016 SP4

Win 7 Professional 64 Bit

I found this page http://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/products.asp

If you look about half way down. You'll see that version G.55.0.1 is Civil 3D 2013 with no service pack. Click on the more link after SP2 and it will take you to the autodesk page for that SP.

It never hurts to install an SP if you're not sure. If it's already installed you'll get a message telling you so and the installation will end.

Thank you for your advice,

In my Civil 3D the "about" window does not give me the SP installed, so I can say that I am SP0!
