How to get Data from GIS shp file to Map3d survey data for editing?
I have about 700 + points taken with Trimble GeoExplorer & received post processed .shp files from our GIS team. Points & attributes seem to come into Civil 3D just fine but it seems they aren't recognized as survey data because I can't seem to get Map 3D or Civil 3D to put in tabular format for editing. Attribute data of points (point # & symbol field) are relevant & want to keep them associated with the points.
