How to compute volume of material bounded by three surfaces in a section view  ????

Change the material type to Cut.  This will allow you to define the area using all three surfaces.  Keep in mind that the definition uses AND logic, so for your example the material would be:

 

Below Surface1 AND

Above Surface2 AND

Above Surface3
