How can I change the selection style highlights same as in C3D 2015

Hay  In civil 3D 2015, how can I change the selection style highlights same as in C3D 2014. Because for me, it is feels looking to a florescent lamp. It make much irritation to my eyes. Anybody can help.C3D 2015 Selection.png

I'm not sure that this new enhancement to the user experience can be turned off.......I may be wrong though....

Specifically you might want to check the PRESELECTIONEFFECT system variable.

I like this feature myself, but is there a way to change the color that it changes to?  Everything works pretty good unless I select something blue (150 actually, which we use quite a bit for drainages), then I can't tell if it's selected.
