I want to produce a map with a shaded Surface behind it. I created the surface and Dreffed it in a new drawing. A triangles only Style with a material attached give me what I want with a Shaded ViewStyle. However. When I xref the map I want to superimpose over the terrain. The text attributes in the blocks show as hollow instead of filled. I've verified that they show and plot correctly with 2D Wireframe set.
This only happens to the blocks that use a solid hatch as a background color. Those that use a wipeout as the background don't have hollow attributes. But the wipeout doesn't mask anything. I've tried copying a block into the drawing with the Surface but it has the same hollow text.
Any thoughts how I might get the text to show other than exploding all the blocks and replacing the Attributes with text?

I exploded you block and recreated it and called it test. I seems to work now. I think it was just something with the attribute/draw order.

Thank you. That looks like it's going to work. I had tried to Bedit the block to change the draw order. Your method works where that didn't.

That does work. Unfortunately no matter how I try to redefine or Blockreplace the original blocks with the new. I still end up with hollow text. So I'll have to replace the original blocks one at a time. Oh well.
