Help Menu Search Not Working?

Is anyone else experiencing an issue when searching via F1 (Help Menu Search).  I have tried several times and nothing.  I can click on the links and easily get online, but it will not pull in any data when searching.  I have even tried filtering my search to just user, or developer, and I get nothing.  Another user in a different city said he is experiencing the same thing.  Maybe something is down right now?  I placed a clip below of what I get.

I have the Files and Path set correctly.

I have the box checked to search content when available.

It works in my other programs, such as ACAD2014.

It works if I connect to it from the link below.

I have the Help Section stored as a bookmark in my Firefox Browser. I, too, have had issues with accessing Help through the program. Try going in this way:

Workaround
Here is one thing you can do:
Draw a line
Select the line and click (not on a grip but on the line itself) and drag the line onto the tool pallet
Right click on the newly added line tool in your tool pallet and select properties
Change Use flyout to No
Paste the following text into the Command string value:
^C^Ccommand;browser;docs.autodesk.com/CIV3D/2014/ENU/index.html?url=filesCUG/topichead_0.htm,topicNumber=CUGd30e15206;

Intel Xeon E5-1650 @ 3.20GHz
NVIDIA QUADRO 4000 Dual Monitor
32 GB RAM / Win7 Pro 64-bit
