HULA version loading problem

Hello.  I am trying to load the Home User License Agreement (HULA) version of Civil 3D 2011 but the load screen says I already have that version on the machine.  Thus the software will not load. I have erased all prior versions of Civil 3D but still no luck.  Can anyone help me?

Do a search on Google for ts45252. It will show you how to completely remove all things autodesk from your computer (for the most part that is).
