What type of drainage calculation do you want to perform?

I am not familiar with HEC 3, it's not listed on the HEC website.

thanks

If s/he is indeed looking for a HEC RAS solution, your link is a good one.

So far, I have been impressed.

Come on Don . . . your link found

Parallel byte processing engines shared among multiple data channels

Typically HEC documents are found on

http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/engineering/hydraulics/library_listing.cfm

or

http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/engineering/hydraulics/library_listing.cfm?archived=true

I didn't see HEC-3 listed . . . I did find

CPD-3A HEC-3, Reservoir System Analysis for Conservation,
User's Manual, Mar 81, 110 pp. AD-A235 645

at

http://www.hec.usace.army.mil/publications/pub_catalog.html

I was just curious what calculations he was working on.

Thanks for the link ; )

It's pretty sad we have nothing better to do on a Friday night, than this.

Have a good weekend.

Says you - I'm working on revising a certain Swale's Profile, and producing
the revised 3D Polylines for the inclusion into the FG Surface in a few more
minutes. 😉

There is a working addon produced by Cadapps in Australia
www.cadapps.com.au
It is part of a product called ARD and produces a ***.g01 file.
It also can read the output file from HEC3 back into C3D
I have used it for a few years now and it works well.
