Grip edit a copied design profile

hi all,

It seems like I used to be able to do this in 2012.

I created a design profile and used the copy profile command.  I close the layout toolbar of the original design profile.

When i select the copied design profile to grip edit a pvi, the existing ground profile and copied profile disappears and i cannot grip edit.

I have also tested this with an OOTB template.

Question:  Is anyone able to grip edit a copied design profile in 2012.

TIA,

Brent

I use the AutoCAD copy command for this and I can edit the copied profile this way.  I tried it your way and I'm still able to.edit PVI's.

Yes. There HAVE been times when I could not. I'm sure there is a thread on here about this, started by Sinc I believe. I don't recall what was found to trigger this, or what the fix was. Hav eyou exited teh drawing and reopened to see if you can then edit it?

Jeff and Matt,

Thank you.  I am still not possitive what is going on?

Anyway, an update;

1) Perform repair on the install

2) Turn Hardware acceleration on

Inside of Edit profile geometry copy profile and raise lower, then try to grip edit - same results

AutoCAD copy command - I can grip edit (did not work before the repair, btw).

I really don't know what is going on here, but at least I can move on, for now.

Again, thank you for your responses,

Brent
