Grading Edit - modify start/end points along grading feature - possible?

I am using Civil 3D Grading to grade a lagoon / landfill closure.

From what I can tell, it appears that the Edit Grading tool only allows me to edit the Distance and the Slope of the grading element.
But I want to modify the Start and End points that I graded.

I want to modify this as opposed to deleting everything (all my graded elements) and starting over because this feature line, and the grading objects on it, run around most of the outside of the landfill and much of it I want to keep as is. This is going to be a lot of extra work if I can't edit or trim the gradings.

I tried breaking the original Feature Line, but I got the error message that graded feature lines cannot be broken.

Disappointed at apparent limitations.

In most cases, select the grading, and grab the grips at either the
start or end of the grading object and drag it along the top
featureline. The Edit Grading is intended to provide the ability to
edit the Grading objects projection methods.

If the grading has been applied to a closed feature line here's a way to get the gripable ends like Neil and Matt mentioned: http://civil3dpedia.com/2009/09/09/grading-edit-adjust-entire-length/ Edited by: Civil3DReminders on Sep 9, 2009 10:15 PM

That's a handy little trick Christopher.
