Font issue when publishing from SSM

I am using a sheet set manager and am having issues with a font. The specific sheets that I have problems with have a point table in a drawing that is xref'd into the exhibit drawing. It is some of the text in those tables that do not plot correctly. When I publish those drawings to a pdf ACAD indicates no problems however, when I open the pdf I get this message "Cannont find or create the font 'ArialMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."

First is this an ACAD issue or an Adobe issue?

What is my easiest fix? (I am running C3D 2011)

I got it figured out. I changed a custom setting for the dwg to pdf "printer". Under custom properties I changed the font handling to capture all.

I am not sure if this is the best way, but it worked for my application.
