I am shocked to discover that independent feature lines can influence
feature lines in gradings. I was expecting a grading feature line would
maintain precedence. Is this WAD? Why are they allowed to do this?

was due to a very small overlap of the feature line which had crossed the
grading and caused a dip in the surface next to the grading.
