Extracting Feature Lines from Corridors

I am trying to extract a feature line from a corridor and draw it in my profile view. This goes well except the profile line comes in 10000 metres lower than it should. I should mention the feature line is a ditch and it comes in 10000m lower than my Finished Ground Centreline. I am using C3D 2011.

OK, I figured out half of the problem. It is placing the start of my feature line from the corridor at 0 elevation and from there the rest is at proper elevation. So how do I get the starting elevation to proper elevation?

Does it matter that the profile line was extracted from the corridor as well?
