Extract a boundary from volume surface

I have a volume surface that I would like to extract the boundary for the fill area. Is that possible? Thanks.

You could extract a user defined contour, elevation being 0 and extract the perimeter of the surface. Trim and join

This is the only way I can see to do this.....

Autodesk Design & Make Report
