Export XML format?

I am trying to export a surface in C3D 2013 and I get a message that reads:

XML is not supporting the units:

I changed the units and still no luck anyone have an answer?

Is this the warning dialog you're getting?

I was able to force the error here by changing my drawing units to Inches (but any of the other listed units

should also cause the error). Civil 3D only supports Feet or Meters as Units.

Enter -DWGUNITS @ command line (with the dash). What units are reported?
