Kevin,

What is the version of Civil 3D you are using? Can you post the version
information from the About box?

Product Name:
Autodesk Civil 3D 2006

Product Service Pack:
SP2

Product Version:
Z.77.0

I've installed all the updates, service packs, and hotfixes (as far as I know). If you think I've missed something, please let me know!

Thanks,
Kevin

One thing that we can't tell from this info is if you have Hotfix 2
installed. MikeB from our QA team tells me that if you don't have
Hotfix 2 installed, that might be one reason why you get that message.

I thought I did, but I'll try that. If it is already installed, will it tell me when I try to do it again?

Yes, you would see this message if it's already installed:

"Your version of Autodesk Civil 3D 2006 is up-to-date and this service
pack is not necessary"
