Civil 3D should be loading the required ARX's and DBX's at start up. The
fact that you are able to create the alignment indicates that the correct
modules have loaded. If you key in ARX, ?, you can see what modules have
loaded. Aeccland30.dbx and AeccUiland30.arx are the key modules which you
should see in the list. Please create a txt file which has the list of
modules which have loaded and we can verify what has loaded. Just to
confirm, are you seeing this error in Civil 3D or LDT?

local surveyor. I have successfully created an alignement and built a
