Editing a corridor surface

The attached drawing is an attempt to regrade an existing road and add a
ditch on either side of the roadway. The problem that I am running into is
when the road passes the high point. As can be seen from the drawing, the
contours extend 100' outside of the road. It appears that the surface
created on the corridor has some extra tin lines...Can these be deleted?
Am I doing something else wrong? Thanks.

I tried what you posted in customer files, drawing file is not valid, the size is 1.01mb, not sure if that is the whole thing? Message was edited by: nzeeben
