Edit points command problems

I am using Civil Cad 3d 2012 and am having a few issues.

When i use the editpoints command, nothing seems to display, the command is displayed on the command line.

Would be greatful for any help.

There's a place to toggle the Panorama window on and off. Thusly:



If that doesn't do it, then sometimes C3D inexplicably sends the Panorama to another monitor.
