If the paper prints were not state plane then they were arbitrary and if you are now putting them in SP then tey are correct.

Ther is NO BPNR in C3d

I'm happy it's not in Civil 3D. I hated it in Softdesk and Land Desktop. It was originally included in DCA/Softdesk ONLY as a way to deal with drawing created in plain AutoCAD that weren't oriented to north.
