Check the style. If that isn't it, make sure the display setting haven't been messed up. In model space type in DISPLAY, then S for sets. In the left pane, click on Plan and then in the right pane make sure "Display Representative Control" tab is selected. Right-click on General then pick "Select All" then hit OK.
