It's actually "Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion". Civil 3D is Autodesk's current Civil platform. "Civil 3D Land Desktop Companion" is NOT Civil 3D, but is instead the old Land Desktop program that used to be Autodesk's Civil platform. Land Desktop is still in heavy use, but it is declining, as the product has been deprecated, and the 2009 release was the final release of Land Desktop.
