Anyone know of a trick to get this to show on startup???

Setting STARTUP=2 displays this tab prior to loading the Ribbon.

I just did this and liked it. But, it takes longer to load up than when that setting is (3) instead of (2). Not sure why.

Upgraded to 2018, forgot about STARTUP command, thanks!

How do I change it to NOT open the ribbon automatically loading? (I only use the ribbon for geolocation imagery and not in every dwg)
