Discontinuous Existing Ground Surface

I created a surface from points taken along the path of a new road to be designed but apparently the points are few in some of the sections so they are a bit far apart in those sections along my centreline which makes the surface to break at those regions such that the surface boundary excludes some of my points in some areas of the project. How can I make the surface include all the points since I created the surface from all points? The problem is that when I create a profile from surface, some parts of the profile are discontinuous i.e. the profile is broken at some intervals. I have attached the poins in txt format. The format is PENZ space delimited. Thanks in advance.

There aren't enough points in the attached file to create a surface from.

The file contains a bunch of linear points.

Create a 3DPolyline or a Feature Line from the points (Look at the transparent commands so you can type in a range of point numbers to connect them). Then offset it a distance away on both sides and then add those new lines to the surface. This will resolve the issue by giving you a surface along the entire length.
