DirectX Install Error C3D 2012

Cannot install C3D 2012.  I have tried everything in the discussion groups that is available.  Does anyone know an easy fix for this??  Again, I have tried everything posted to the discussion groups.  Log file is attached.

Tried all that already.  What I forgot to mention is that this is running in a Virtual Machine on a MAC.

you can also try installing under a new username
