Dim Styles

Anyone know what is going on here?  I don't want to supress zeros for my angles (so I didn't check the boxes), but they seem to be supressed anyway.

Also, I only want the tick mark to show feet for dimensions, not angles.  How do I set that up, since it is showing the feet tick behind my angles too.

See attached - thanks!

Based on your screen shot, there are two different areas for zero suppression.  You have un-checked zero suppression at the lower left, but in the lower right area for angular units, you have both leading and trailing zero suppression checked on.

For the tick mark, I believe that it automatically applies it to all dimensions created  on that dimension style.  You could make a separate dimension style for your angular dimensions without the tick mark.  Kind of a pain, but I don't know of another work around.

Oops - I forgot to change it back before sending out.  I did it both ways (with and without those leading zeroes boxes checked.  Neither way gave me the zeros.  You have to do it with an even angle to make it show up.  Also, it seems to work normally if I have any decimals at all, but as soon as I change it to just DMS (no decimals), I don't get the zeros.

As for the unwanted suffix for angular dims you can open the dimstyle manager, select your desired dimstyle and hit the OverRide button. Here you can remove the suffix and rename the override to Angular Dim to use the same dim style.
