Dialogue box appears after printing to PDF

We recently upgraded to Civil 3d 2014 and have had a strange box show up after printing to PDF.  We use Acroplot to print to PDF.  Please see attachment.  It has only happened to 3 users so far and one user's system stopped doing it.  Thank you.

Also did you experience a slow open and processing initially when you made the switch to 2014 (we upgraded from 2011 c3d).  We suspect it may be a conversion of files causing this.  Many of the xrefs or DS have not been saved in 2014.

That 'box' is the Navbar showing up on the plot. I don't know why this happens. The only way to insure it doesn't show up is to turn it off before printing.

thank you...that solved the problem.  Perhaps it is due to an old version of Acroplot.

AFAIK - it's an AutoCAD problem.

I've seen this with various print drivers, not just Acroplot.
