When you profile existing ground, then draw a design profile and it automatically labels the grade breaks, how do see how tall the text height is on those grade break labels? And, then how do you change it? I need to have those labels plot at 0.100 high, and it seems annotation scale affects the text height, but I don't know how high the text is? It's close to .100, but not quite.

LT Click on a Grade Break Label>Rt Click>Edit Labels>Click on Grade Breaks>Click Tag next to Style Name used (edit style)>Layout Tab>Choose component which has text ie: PVIS, PVIE etc.
Change the text height here for each component containing text here:
To add to what Jay said, if you have a number of Grade Break label styles and you want to set all of the text heights to be the same, right click on the Grade Breaks branch, choose Edit Label Style Defaults, find the Text Components and set the height here. If there is a Down Arrow in the Child Override column click it to clear any overrides the individual styles may hold. Then hit OK.
Note that you can do this further up the settings tree...set ALL Profile labels to be the same height, or set ALL labels in the drawing to the same height, by right clicking the other branch(es).
