Thanks Jeff I appreciate the help and can't wait to give it a try.  My 1st attempt resulted in an error message "Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  To grant this application the required permission....."  I have my IT people working on it now.  I'm sure it is a setting on my end so I'm confident we will get it figured out.  Thanks for responding.

It sounds like you have it on a network drive. The DLL MUST be run from a local drive (unless special settings are done, which I have no idea about)....that's the way it is with .NET dll's.

I suspected you would know what the problem was...I was trying to run it from a network drive.  Moved it to my local drive and worked like a charm.  Our description key set is based on our state DOTD point codes so it has 900 plus keys.  Saved me days of monotony

Hi Jeff,

Any chance you have updated this for use in 2018 and 2016? I need to export Desc Key Set from 2018 and import into 2016.

Thank you!!
