I have created a stripping volume surface in one drawing...but need to share it for others working on the project so they can run the stripping volumes in their areas on the project. But when I add it to my data shortcuts folder, it loses all the volume surface properties, and it's just a regular TIN surface. Is it possible to data reference volume surfaces? Am I doing something wrong?
I don't think the volume information will pass through a data shortcut. They may need to create their own TIN Volume Surface from the two reference surfaces.
